October 5 – Parking spaces for commuters driving to work were becoming more of an afterthought pre-pandemic. Post-pandemic, more people are opting to drive than to take public transportation, and the surging demand for parking has commercial office landlords and tenants scrambling to accommodate this shift. SPACES USA’s Jerry Skillett predicts that parking demand will continue to climb. Parking technology is helping buildings maximize their efficiency and meet the parking needs of its occupants.
